A celebration of the Images club year of photography

Its that time of year again.

Salon 2019 is here.
Salon is the night when we combine good food, a great social event and even better company with our end of year awards presentations.
This is your chance to get involved and bring your partners and family along to see what your and your the other photography co-conspirators have been up to all year.

Not only will you get to see everyone's entries, you will enjoy a fun filled evening with fellow photographers with a few prizes thrown in for good measure.

Payment is by Cash/cheque or bank deposit as always.

Images Photography Group - Salon

Salon is an annual get-together of members (and their friends and families) for the sole purpose of celebrating the year that has gone and the work submitted to the club in that time. As the club year ends in March, the Salon event is scheduled for June/July.
Each year members will be invited to submit up to FIVE images for judging. These images are then re-judged by external judges.
On the night, certificates are presented to the author of images that receive Honours and Acceptance. There are also awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the Intermediate and Advanced grades alike.

Terms of entry:

As with all competitions there must be a level playing field for all entrants. So, the following rules apply:
- Images entered for the end of year Salon must have been entered in club competition during that competition year
- Images must be presented in the same medium (print or digital) as the original club night submission
